Restaurant Hubertusstube
About
The family-run Restaurant Hubertusstube is in Laion, at the entrance of the Val Gardena in South Tyrol. The restaurant is well known for homemade specialties that combine both South Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine. In the rustic dining room and the original traditional “Pfandlerstube” from the 18th century, the guests are served traditional dishes. One culinary highlight are the “Schlutzkrapfen”. These crescent-shaped ravioli with spinach filling are handmade by Grandma Johanna according to a traditional recipe. The fresh ingredients from the restaurant’s fruit and vegetable garden round off the culinary experience. The kitchen is open both at lunchtime and in the evening. The restaurant offers children a playground as well as the opportunity to visit rabbits and chickens. The combination of traditional cuisine, a family-friendly atmosphere, and a strategic location makes the Restaurant Hubertusstube a popular destination for gourmets and nature lovers.
