The Fodara Vedla Refuge is located in the heart of the Dolomites. It is a traditional and authentic family business, which offers warm hospitality. In the mountain refuge, there are 12 carefully furnished rooms with private shower/WC and some with balcony. Television is not available, but the view of the surrounding mountains is wonderful. Backpackers can also sleep in new, modern dormitories with shared shower and toilet (sleeping bag required). The Fodara Vedla Refuge is suitable for a simple overnight stay as well as for an extended holiday. In the cosy wooden stuben of the mountain hut, guests are pampered with traditional dishes of the South Tyrolean cuisine. In the evening, there is no menu, but freshly prepared dishes with regional and seasonal ingredients. The hut delicacies are accompanied by fine wines from South Tyrol. In the morning, guests can enjoy a tasty mountain breakfast with homemade jams, fresh milk from South Tyrol and much more.
