"Il Casale delle Rose" is a farm situated in a large valley in the warm and quiet countryside of Caltagirone. The building restored keeping faith with the original architecture (Sicilian court - the 800 building) offers nine bedrooms with bathrooms, a large room and two smaller rooms for catering and conferences. Our Farm offers an exclusively typical local cuisine, with genuine products from the company crops (organic farming for joining the EU regulation). They produce vegetables, oil, wine, fruit, jams, cheese and cottage cheese. Among the many specialties include the "plucked out of the house" with pistachios and almonds, "noodles with ricotta cheese and wild asparagus", pasta with "macco", the delicious "cassatelle ricotta."
