Villa Rosi is a private, independent and panoramic house situated between Capo d'Orlando and Naso about 10 minutes drive from downtown and the beach. The villa is on 3 floors and can accommodate up to 15 people distributed in 6 bedrooms. Ground Floor: large room "open space" with two seating areas and kitchen area + bedroom + bathroom; First Floor: four bedrooms + two bathrooms (one ensuite); Second Floor: a bedroom with bathroom + terrace. The villa is surrounded by a large outdoor area, it too on 3 levels, which consists of: - Relaxation area with swimming pool and jacuzzi, equipped with outdoor shower, sunbeds, umbrellas, deckchairs and stereo; - Games area with table tennis and table football; - Lunch or dinner outdoors area, under a fresh gazebo; - Barbecue area with external sink; - Parking area covered by a natural roof of leaves; The pool is private and is for the exclusive use of guests. There is also a line WI-FI. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your holiday unforgettable.
