Arcenni Tuscany cultivates edible snails, species Helix Aspersa Muller, in the very heart of Tuscany, in a village named Capannoli, in the aerea of Alta Valdera. Snails are farmed on an open pasture, with a 100% organic cycle method. Come visit us and we are delighted to show you our farm.
