Salisù is a modern Country House, founded in 2014, on a hillside amongst olive trees of the historic town of Mignano Monte Lungo. Surrounded by greenery, is an ideal place to spend time away from the daily grind, enjoying the specialties of local cuisine (Alto Casertano) and the wood-fired pizzas. In addition to a large terrace, Salisù has a large indoor dining room, perfect for all kinds of parties: from birthdays and graduation parties to meetings and conferences. At Salisù we are focusing on the freshness of the products, using only local and high-grade ingredients. For this reason, our menu changes from season to season, always offering authentic dishes of the cuisine of Campania. On Fridays, for example, you can enjoy fresh fish, and every night, you can delight your taste buds with our wood-fired pizzas and finally sample the desserts prepared by our chef. For the good wine lovers, Salisù offers a wide selection of wines of the biggest local companies, to fully appreciate the vines of the area (Alto Casertano). Salisù also offers full customizable menus, suitable for all kinds of event.
