La Trazzera dei Muli - Turismo Rurale
About
In the park of mount Etna, and more precisely in the valley between Monte Rosso and Monte Caterratte, where the Fondachello stream meets an ancient “trazzera”(road built with lava stone), surrounded by the green of the chestnuts trees and the smell of the ginestra bushes, and at the centre of all the main touristic sites of the east side of Sicily (Taormina, Catania, Siracusa) is “La Trazzera dei muli”. It’s a farm that dates back to the end of the 19th century, renovated by the current owners who, drawing inspiration from the principals of ecological design and biocompatibility , have created a superb peaceful dwelling for those who want to discover the sites, usages and customs of authentic Sicily and want to benefit of the beauty of its art and relax immersed in nature.
