The house benefits from a spectacular view of the Etruscan coast and the proximity of a village renowned for its vineyards. Pisa at 40 kms, Florence at 70, Volterra at 50, the sea at 10 kms. A living room with American kitchen (sleeps 2), a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with two bunk beds. Under the veranda, table and chairs for eating outside.
