My name is Chicca and my passion is teaching people how to cook, sharing my secrets of authentic Italian cooking. For over 20 years, I have welcomed friends and guests from all over the world into my home; they have chopped vegetables, kneaded fresh pasta dough, prepared tiramisu and enjoyed their prepared meal with a world-class Bolgheri wine.
