Family House is a large and spacious apartment of 200 square metres recently renovated, just a few metres away from "Via Roma" and 150 meters from the longbeach of Cefalù. On the first floor with elevator, Family House features a wide and bright living room with flat TV, a completely furnished kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, a little laundry room with washing machine. There are also 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with french bed (slightly tighter than a double) and 3 bathrooms (1 with shower ensuite, 1 with shower and 1 with bahtub). Air conditioning (heating/cooling) is in the living room and in all the bedrooms.
