Certified local meat, forest products (del bosco?), fresh pasta and desserts of our production, to be combinDishes and products of the place! CURED MEATS and CHEESES: The cured meats and cheeses offered at the inn are produced on site and in the surrounding area when they are not available on site. PASTA: Proud to offer you only egg pasta made from sfogline of the place (as tradition wants) that stretch the dough of the dough by hand with the rolling pin at the inn. MEAT: We are proud to supply you with local certified I.G.P. meat, coming from marchigiana breed born, raised and bred on site. The meat supplied at the inn comes almost entirely from a single local farm. *DESSERTS: We also make desserts! Dried cakes, tiramisu and many others, are strictly made by us! **We do not use preparations for sweets or pre-packaged desserts!
