Founded on 23 December 1937 by Domenico Gabbani, a qualified butcher and experienced gastronome, opened his butcher and delicatessen shop in an old town house in Via Pessina. divine taste experience, discover, smell and enjoy our culinary delights and visit our gourmet shops for meat and sausage products, cheese, wine and champagne, fruits and vegetables, bread and pastries and panini. Ever since we have been stocking a variety of high-quality products for the sophisticated gourmet kitchen: special kinds of meat and sausages,delicious fine foods from both the domestic and foreign markets, genuine products from the region, the Gabbani Selection, as well as fine special-label red, white and sparkling wines and champagnes coming from small, special wineries.
