Hotel Grifo is in Montepulciano in the province of Siena, in the Tuscan countryside between the Valdichiana and Valdorcia. The only Hotel in Italy with direct access for those who cover the Autostrada del Sole- A1 Milano-Napoli in south-bound and it is also easily accessible from the ancient Via Lauretana, which connects Montepulciano and Cortona, and the provinces of Siena and Arezzo. It represents the ideal solution for a pleasent pause after a long highway trip, and the perfect starting point to discover our hills: Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and Orvieto can be reached in 40 minutes, on the contrary, Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Chiusi are just a few tens of minutes. There are 53 rooms available to guests, with bathroom, very well soundproof, air conditioning, minibar, satellite LCD TV, wi-fi, hypoallergenic pillows and mattresses, for a perfect rest.From morning the breakfast room is open, with a rich continental buffet sweet and savory: fresh croissants, yoghurt, cakes and jams, various cereals, sliced salami and Tuscan cheeses with fresh bread. We can also satisfy our celiac guests, because we are members of the Italian project AIC. In the ground floor there are two International billiards De Blasi, bar, reading room, tv room and Internet Point. Outside there are a large garden, an ample guarded parking, a garage and bus space. An efficient night porter service is guaranteed.
