The "Il girasole sul lago" apartment is located in Desenzano del Garda, a stone's throw from the historic center and the main services that the city offers. Upon entering the apartment, we are greeted by the large living room consisting of a double sofa bed, a dining table and a cabinet with TV. The latter opens onto the large terrace equipped with a table with dining chairs to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors, with a magnificent view of the lake. The large kitchen adjoins the living room with gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils and crockery. Between the two rooms there is a service bathroom with sink and toilet. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a second bathroom with washing machine, hairdryer, sink, bidet and bathtub. Air conditioning is present in the kitchen and in all bedrooms. The apartment is on the first floor without a lift, is equipped with wi-fi connection and there is a parking space inside the courtyard. In the immediate vicinity there are also public parking spaces for a second car.
