Villa S. Caterina, an Art Nouveau building of the 20th century, is located in Gardoncino, a small village in Manerba del Garda. The previous holiday home of a wealthy family from Brescia is situated in a centenary park and offers its guests a magnificent view of the Valtenesi valley and the Moraine hills. The large terraces and precious decorations, which were left completely in its original state, reveal clearly the rural Liberty style. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the centre of Montinelle and the picturesque port of Dusano. The holiday complex consists of 16 apartments of various types and sizes. Numerous historical elements, such as the terracotta floors and antique tiles, fresco ceilings, wooden beams and parquet floors were kept during the restoration.
