Nonna Bianca is the new agri restaurant born inside the organic farm where 50 years ago Nonna Bianca welcomed travelers and pilgrims who were looking for a hot homemade dish in her shop as it was once done. Even today you can taste our authentic wild boar stewed with olives, our vegetarian soups, homemade pasta with Cinta Senese ragù, gnocchi with sausage and truffle, sliced cinta with vinegar and stewed radicchio, all rigorously handmade and with the ingredients that we find in our organic garden and in the surrounding area of our territory. We only use our organic oil in the preparation of each dish. And you will be able to taste our dishes while sipping a red glass while enjoying a breathtaking view from our terrace over the golden Tuscan hills: a true privilege to be there.
