San Miniato is a picturesque small town dominating the Arno valley. Pisa, Livorno (seaside), Florence and Siena are only about 35 km away. Our home is situated on top hill (the highest spot around San Miniato). It is a former monastery, surrounded by olivetrees, vineyards, fields and forests. A perfectly quiet environment to relax. We offer on the first floor seven rooms with approx. 40 M2, each with private bathroom. On the second floor we offer an appartment with two big rooms (35 m2 each), with bath and kitchen. All rooms are furnished individually. You find also a big living - and diningroom - a fully equipped kitchen as well as a marvelous panoramic terrace of 90 m2. Self catering (no meals)
