The house is located in a small town in the municipality of Fabriano, in the Regional Natural Park of the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi. Ideal for walks and / or excursions. It is completely independent and has been totally restored. It rises on three floors: the ground floor has a large open plan kitchen, lounge with large fireplace. The first and second floors have elegant independent double bedrooms (3) all with private bathroom (3) and walk-in closet (3). The bedrooms are all large and bright.
