The conduct of the Country House is based on principles of social and environmental responsibility. Villa Pepoli was made according to the criteria of green building: the wooden structure guaranteeing accommodation in a healthy and comfortable. The environmentally friendly materials help us to consume less energy to heat in winter and cool in summer. We have chosen to build in wood to help the environment, compared to traditional techniques in fact produce less waste in the pipeline and it takes less energy for the transport of materials and construction. The house is equipped with solar panels for hot water production. All rooms are illuminated with light bulbs. Thanks to the great care we dedicated to the realization of Villa Pepoli, it is placed in Class A in the energy scale of the buildings, Even the kitchen of our restaurant is not less than the philosophy that guides us: products used by the chef are carefully selected to ensure their biological origin and, whenever possible, zero kilometer. Villa Pepoli stands on the foundations of an old manor house and was built according to the principles of green building to provide a healthy and comfortable and is surrounded by a garden of over 10,000 square meters and is about 7.5 Km to Ferrara.The structure has 4 double bedrooms and 2 junior suites , where you can find accommodation for up to 3 people. All rooms are equipped with bathroom with shower, air conditioning , TV, minibar , telephone, safe and free internet access . Villa Pepoli is located 5 km from the highway exit Occhiobello and has free parking .
