New B & B opened in 2015 structure is housed in a farmhouse annexe of the historic villa Incontri dating from the XVI century . Completely renovated and equipped the property is located in Florence Careggi a few meters from the university hospital well connected to the city center by the new line of Tramway ,center of Florence is 3 km from us , our guests can park their vehicles inside. The property is surrounded by a beautiful park at the disposal of our guests with little lake olive grove old trees and green fields, 7 hectares of nature close to the city. Our guests can also visit the historical part of the villa which houses the historical archive with documents dating back to 1400 and the family tree of the noble family Incontri. With new tram way system of Florence ( Line T1 Leonardo ) in 12 minutes you will reach city center ( Santa maria Novella)
