All apartments have been restructured for farm tourism, following the principles of the company, bringing back to life what belongs to the historicity of the structure by using natural and ecological materials. Interiors and decoration are mainly made of wood, terracotta and stone. The energy supply is guaranteed by a photovoltaic and solar thermal power, combined with a wood boiler. This, in order to pursue one of the company's intent, which is the total independence of energy supply and renewable sources. There are 3 apartments: Aia, Stalla and Fienile, providing three different environments. Two-room apartments with a large living room with kitchenette, table, chairs, double sofa with bed, and a room with a private bathroom. Each one is equipped with wooden stove. Besides that, there is an electric hob and dishwasher in the kitchen. Sleeps up to 3/4 people. Each apartment has a private outdoor area.
