Italia Power Yoga has 2 locations one is right in the heart of the Santo Spirito area of Firenze, providing a beautiful space to practice power yoga. The other studio is in the Santa Croce side in via Giacomo Leopardi 10. Our practice is focused in power vinyasa flow, one breath - one movement and the connection between the mind and the body through moving meditation. The Santa Croce studio offers also Ashtanga,Hatha, Yin, Pilates, Postural, Ayurveda, Kirtan, Kid's yoga, Massages and more... It's a fun, milticultural environment -- not just a yoga studio, but a place to connect with other yogis around the world and have fun practicing.
