Artisan gelato shop specializing in the use of local ingredients. Gluten-free gelato. The only gelato shop in the area reported by the Italian Celiac Association (A.I.C.). Sugar-free gelato. Only fresh ingredients. No dyes, preservatives or emulsifiers. We work with many Mugello farmers and breeders who supply us with raw materials.
