About

Alongside pasta making, each owner of the family business has scrupulously preserved the physical heritage handed down by his father, leading to the creation of a rich collection of vintage objects. Giovanni Fabbri, the proud owner and fourth generation of the family, made the decision to create a museum that gathers more than 400 objects to date, in addition to a wide range of period books and documents. We welcome groups and tourists from all over the world to the museum, offering them an original and unique tour. In addition to historical objects and an exclusive study of gluten and the use of ancient presses, we also show visitors the pasta production and drying processes carried out today using our machines from the 1950s.
