Shark - Bottega del Pesce is a young and dynamic wine bar where you can enjoy an relaxing aperitivo with friends or a quick bite, comfortably sat at our outdoor patio with a view on the Basilica di Santa Maria di Giuliano di Sangallo, in the heart of the historic center of Prato. Our cuisine is based on fresh seafood products, some of which we realize ourselves, such as our fish charcuterie, which we personally produce following an artisanal process using aromatic herbs. We offer also many raw fish dishes, such as sushi and sashimi, poke bowls, crudo and tartare, as well as gluten-free focaccia bread with toppings or Roman-style "pinsa", which we recommend to accompany one of our many craft cocktails, sparkling wines or champagnes. The dishes by Shark are also available to be ordered ahead or can even be delivered at your home.
