Shared spaces: large swimming pool and solarium, furnished gazebo for outdoor dining, BBQ area equipped with table and benches, covered parking, garden and olive grove. Note: the car is essential! Supermarkets, shops and services are in the city, about 10 km away. The route to get there includes about 2 km of gravel road, not suitable for sports cars.
