Dolce Arte is a confectionery and artisan gelateria with the only headquarters in Cutrofiano in the province of Lecce. For several years it has offered its customers a careful selection of pastry and ice-cream products all with a key philosophy of production: telling the Territory through the food. The strong bond and passion for this sector has rewarded the commitment to be included in the guides of pastries and gelato of Gambero Rosso. Many journalists and magazines, even of national character, who wanted to tell their readers the peculiarities of the ice cream tastes and the assortment of pastries by recommending the stop for a tasting. In December 2016, the Holy Father Pope Francis welcomed PanTalento as a craftsman-made panettone, only the use of extra-virgin olive oil now produced for the Christmas holidays and beyond.
