The Azienda Agraria Montelujano, a company with operational headquarters in the municipality of Gubbio, is situated in a splendid strategic position on the first hills in front of the Umbrian town and not far from the medieval old town centre, with alternating arable land, woods and spontaneous vegetation, rare and ancient rural buildings variously spread, from the village of Montelujano to the ancient houses and villas and religious buildings. Farmhouse and hospitality centre, Monticelli is a fifteenth century residence, welcoming and full of charm, a typical rural stone dwelling renovated, with the collaboration of Arch. Marco Petrini, preserving the original architecture characteristic of the agricultural civilization of the area but with innovative solutions of energy and water autonomy. The complex of rural buildings, which extends on the top of a hill at over 500 m above sea level in a privileged position in front of Gubbio, consisting of different housing solutions on one or two floors and an ecological swimming pool, is surrounded by a larger green area and is fully accessible to disabled customers.
