An estate of 40 hectares of woods, vineyards and olive groves, on the hills of the Santerno Valley, surrounds a 15th century village completely renovated in all its details. A stone and wood complex that favors coolness in summer and warmth in winter. Among numerous activities, the main one is catering which has its roots in the cuisine of the Tuscan Romagna with the addition of the creativity of the Chef PIA. The appetizers, always a pleasant, delicious and original surprise. The first of pasta with rolling pin are tortelli, tortellini and tagliatelle to which other unique dishes are added. in the second courses the meat is the protagonist, from the cut to the roasts sometimes accompanied by sauces and always elaborate side dishes. The desserts are always inspired by the tradition of the territory ennobled by creams and high-quality pastry solutions. Enjoy your meal!
