The Sarzana Room's guest house has three double rooms; A room with private facilities can accommodate up to three people, the other two rooms have shared facilities, together form a double family room with private service that can accommodate up to five people. The Sarzana Room's guesthouse puts first the "comfort" for its guests, offering larger double beds than average with mattresses and pillows that guarantee a good rest. Possibility of having separate beds to accommodate friends and work colleagues. A free wifi connection is available throughout the hotel. All rooms offer LCD television, mini-bar, electric kettle and espresso machine for coffee. Filters and pods are available for guests to prepare hot drinks. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and roller blinds in the windows to ensure greater comfort at night. Both bathrooms have a large shower, hairdryer and courtesy products for guests.
