In this historic residence you can experience a bucolic feeling like in Tuscany but without crowds of tourists. Surrounded by natural landscape and only a few kilometers drive away from abbeys, picturesque historic towns, lakes, woods and nature trails you can enjoy the famous delicatessen of the area. All this only a 40 km away from the Rome city center, half an hour train ride. The residence was built in the year 1631 by a noble roman family. Their youngest son was a cardinal and minister of several Popes, who, on their way from Rome to Naples said Mass in the Church of the residence. Some arches of the church are still visible today. A garden of 6000 square meters offers a quiet and relaxing stay. On request you can even use a multi-purpose hall (150m²) for your work-shop activities. Our guests are welcome in the gardens, a private parking space is provided and one of the constructions (max. 7 persons) offers accessibile housing. The oldest part of the residence can receive up to 10 guests in spacious and charming rooms with prime quality bathrooms. WiFi Internet is provided in all rooms and there are several indoor and outdoor areas suitable to sit together or organize separate study groups. On demand we can organize for you: - pick-up service from and to the airports and the two railway stations (the railway stations are only 5 km from the residence) - car renting. We speak Italian, English, German and we are able to help our guests to discover the surroundings with their beautiful historic and artistic treasures. On demand we can organize wine and gastronomy-tasting in the wineries of the area.
