We are nestled in the Natural Park of "Monti Livornesi", on the hillside town of Nibbiaia. The farmhouse dates to the late 1700s and overlooks a hill from which guests may admire and hear the sea: our location and spacious outdoor areas that surround us allow guests to best enjoy Tuscany. The farm extends over 42 hectares and is crossed by old trails for evocative walks. We are located near the sea with its splendid creeks on the Tuscan coast, even visited by the Etruscans. Guests may easily reach main tourist attractions: 25 minutes from Livorno, 40 minutes from Lucca and Pisa, 1 hour from the medieval towns of Volterra and San Gimignano, and less than 1 hour away from main accesses to the Apuan Alps.An ideal starting point for total immersion with nature and cultural, sports or pure fun vacations. The owners will be happy to advise you and suggest possible itineraries and sports opportunities like horseback riding, sailing, surfing, tennis, trekking, mountain biking.
