I worked as a chef pâtissier in some of the most important starred kitchens in Europe including Cracco, Ferran Adrià, Pinchiorri, experiences that allowed me to refine the techniques, reach the highest aesthetic and quality standards, create something always new and overturn the rules. of the 'moment' dessert. In 2019 I decided to embark on a new adventure: to open my own business in Livorno, where I can fully express my creativity and my idea of desserts: a pastry shop where artisanal sweets are made for individuals and for hotels, clubs, restaurants. The laboratory is open every day except Monday: you can come and choose your dessert, book it and pick it up or you can order on our online shop to receive it at home!
