Part of a two-family modern villa for a total of 80 sq. m. (the owners live in the other part of the house), hosting up to 6 persons in 2 bedrooms plus one double sofa bed in the living room, and one bathroom with shower. Guests can use the private garden, the above-ground swimming pool, and the covered parking. The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms, internet, a baby bed and high chair. Outdoors and swimming pool There is a beautiful fenced and well-kept garden (1000 sq. m.) in front of the house. On the lawn guests will find the above-ground swimming pool, 4 metres by 8 with a depth of 1.5 m, for their exclusive use. There is a bathing area next to the pool which is complete with beach chairs, sunbeds and an outdoor shower, and on the lawn there is also a large iron gazebo with a table for relaxing outdoor dinners, with a portable barbecue, children’s games and a ping pong table. On the raised ground floor there are 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and mosquito nets, 1 single bedroom with extra bed with air conditioning and mosquito nets, 1 bathroom with shower. In the basement (high windows) there is the living / dining room with double sofa bed, TV and well equipped kitchenette. Location The property is at the foot of the hill, in a quiet and sunny residential area not far from the town centre. The garden has a view of the countryside and other villas, with the mountains which surround the valley in the background. Facilities Casa Perla has wifi, air conditioning and mosquito screens in the bedrooms, central heating.
