The country house is located in the typical countryside of the Macerata province, about 30 kms from the Conero coast (20 seaside resorts have the blue flag for their clean sea) and 40 kms from the Sibillini mountains. It is located in an area full of medieval villages, good wines and traditional gastronomy (18 villages have the "orange flag" for the protection of cultural heritage and the "most beautiful towns in Italy"). The apartments are of different sizes (35/55 sqm), and all of them are really bright with views of the valley. All the rooms are warm and refined. The apartments have: air conditioning, heating, sitting-room, sofa-bed, furnished kitchen corner, double-room, TV SAT- LCD, etc...One apartment is suitable for disabled people.Service: hair-dryer, cleaning before and after staying, weekly cleaning with change of bed-linen,equipments of sheets, blankets, towels, all external services as bowling-green,swimming pool (you have gratis crib, deckchairs, chairs, table, beach umbrella), barbecue,two furnished gazibos, furnished garden for childrens, car park, WI-FI area, showcase a lot of depliants and informative issues of our places other services (to pay): washer machine, billiard, winery.
