About
The tower of Fontanedo was built in the XIVth Century by Barnabò Visconti and since then it has witnessed all the dominations and raids of the conquerors of Lombardy. From the Milanese to the Swiss, from the Spanish to the Austrians. Located next to the Sentiero del Viandante is a tower to visit absolutely. Open since June 2019 is managed by Museo della Guerra Bianca which base is, in Colico, at Forte Montecchio Nord (via alle Torri 8).
