This villa is a typical exclusive house with swimming pool located in Ostuni, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The distinctive feature of the Villa is the magnificent view of the valley of olive trees that surrounds it: a riot of colors and nature that illuminates the eyes and brightens the mind. The Mediterranean character and the chic setting make the house a unique pearl for a holiday of healthy and pure relaxation. Equipped with all the comforts, we insist on a property of 10,000 square meters of olive grove characterized by a typical Apulian flora and dry stone walls. The villa has a classic design and offers a capacity of 6 beds plus a double sofa bed (located in the living room). The beautiful swimming pool and terrace, the solarium is the place where you spend most of the day, among the olive trees and typical Mediterranean plants that adorn the surrounds. The villa consists of a living room kitchen with fireplace and bathroom with shower and three bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, two of which are double and one with 2 single beds that can be joined together.
