You can visit the nearby Squero di San Trovaso (where local artisans fabricate gondolas) or spend an interesting evening in a jazz club few steps from here to follow in love with a passionate groove SERVICESThe self-service breakfast is served from 8.30 to 9.30 am in the kitchen with quality products carefully pre-packaged to guarantee absolute hygiene, as the Italian Law states for Guesthouses.Most of them are of fair trade, organic, OGM-free, and with no hydrogenated fats.Cleanings of the rooms are made daily after 10.00 with periodic change of bed linen and towels.CHECK IN and CHECK OUTThere is no reception. so we need to know the exact time of your arrival to open the door and to welcome you.Balance and tax is required cash at the arrival.check-in are between 3 pm and 8 pm, but the possibility to agree otherwise previously.For LATE ARRIVALS: 8 pm - 11 pm, there is an extra charge of 35,00 Euro.11 pm - 12 pm, there is an extra charge of 45,00 Euro.The check-out takes place the morning of departure between 9.30 am and 10.30. There is no luggage storage.EQUIPMENTEach room has a bathroom (with shower and bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer) the Air conditioning / heating (individually adjustable) TV and DVD and dvx player (with various titles available in the hall), a safe and a small tea corner (with fridge and kettle) with tea, coffee and biscuits.The free wi fi connection has the main source in the hall.The kitchen of the Guesthouse is at guests' disposal for preparing small meals and is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee and other hot drinks, gas stove, fridge and tables.The cosy garden is perfect for the breakfast in the morning or during the day for little moments of relax with a good tea or a cool drink in the summer.The context is especially lovely in spring with the blooming of lemon and jasmine flowers or in September, when it is possible to grasp the sweet Pizzutella grapes we grow with love with only organic methods.
