UNICO (Vera Cucina Napoletana) was born in February 2013 from the vision of two young Neapolitan brothers (Francesco and Chef Donato), entrepreneurs with over 10 years of experience in the Food Sector. After having "recorded", for years, the tastes and preferences of their customers, they thought it was time to let everyone taste the True Neapolitan Cuisine. Because Neapolitan cuisine is the art of taking a simple raw material and creating a tasty and creative dish with it... From appetizers to desserts, from meat to fish recipes, passing through the imaginative use of vegetables. All thanks to the use of excellent quality raw materials such as buffalo mozzarella, fior di latte, "homemade" artisan pasta, Vesuvius cherry tomatoes, broccoli rabe but also shellfish, oily fish and meat , all ingredients widely present in traditional recipes from Campania.
