Our restaurants are the result of our deepest passion: a constant and tireless research towards any manufacturer that puts the highest standard of quality of their products at the center of their work. Inside our Salumeria there is no kitchen, we offer tasting of typical italian hams and cheeses. We have designed five different tastings, updated according to the seasonality of the product. Each dish will be accompanied by the descriptions of our team. You will find yourselves immersed in the history of each product, from its origins to the table, and you will learn about seasoning methods with hundreds of years of history. The tasting is enriched by a broad selection of wines, biological craft beers, pure fruit juices, hand-made desserts and unique liquors, surrounded by an environment which aims at making you feel at home.
