An old farmhouse surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, a few km from the sea and of the centre of Monopoli. Its location makes it easy to reach all of the interesting sites in the region. The estate started as a typical old oil mill in southern Italy. In fact, you can see the large stone mill, the imposing iron presses, the old troughs and the underground wells for collecting the oil. The rooms, diverse in colour and decor, recall the surrounding Mediterranean plants: olive trees, almond trees, cherry trees, carob, lemon trees, orange trees. All of them have a bathroom with shower, air conditioning – heating, high-speed Internet connection, television, telephone, hair dryer, mini-bar, personal hygiene necessities, furnished private porch, high-quality bedspreads and curtains, in addition to a well thought out common space surrounded by tufa walls and furnished with rocking chairs and sofas.The kitchen offers “revived” traditional dishes and primarily uses seasonal products from the estate, to ensure the authenticity of the courses offered.
