About

CASANUOVA delle CERBAIE is a boutique, traditional, family run winery established in 1982. Wine lovers are welcome to visit our winery on a tour of about an hour and a half. You will learn about history of Brunello di Montalcino and its terroir. The visit to our winery estate will let you know about vinifying and aging process of Sangiovese to become Brunello. After the visit in cellars we'll move in the tasting room for the guided tasting of our own wines: Rosato o Rosso Toscana IGT, Rosso di Montalcino Doc, Brunello di Montalcino Docg If available, on request it's possible to organize vertical Brunello tasting. The winery also produces extravirgin olive oil and grappa di Brunello. The staff is pleased to welcome you throughout the year, from Monday to Sunday. Every day reservation is required.
