Patio with small pool (3x6) perfect for children.View on the Tuscan rolling hills while tasting exquisite Italian food and wine.Table and chairs for outside dining,sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun. Located in the middle of a village but hidden at the sight. The house is spread on two levels: GROUND FLOOR: an open space with fireplace split up in 3 areas, kitchen, dining room, sitting room. FIRST FLOOR: 1 AC double bedroom with king size bed,1 AC twin bedded room where the beds can be joined upon request+ a sofa bed for a child up to 12, 1 AC single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower stall. Outside another complete bathroom near the pool.
