Here, south of Siena, it is produced every product you can see on our menu: from the best “Brunello di Montalcino” to the “Nobile di Montepulciano”, passing through the Val d’Orcia’s wines made by local, ambitious farms. We proudly choose for our selections of Pecorino, unrivalled cheese, offering a wide range of seasoning: (fresh, partial-seasoned and seasoned), all made by the milk produced within the Valley. Even our cured meats and “Cinta Senese Gran Riserva” selections are made by high quality, hand-crafted, seasoned pork meat.
