Surrounded by olive trees and located near the ancient and lovely medieval town of Montepulciano famous for the history, art, architepture and above all The Nobile di Montepulciano wine is also great base as well from which to explore many places like Cortona, Pienza, Siena, Montalcino, Arezzo and Trasimeno Lake.Villa Silvia is a wonderful and charming typical villa with a wonderful garden, a 16 x 8 swimming pool, and a fabulous verandas for “a glass of wine al fresco” during the summer. Outside the villa is a beautiful brick building typical of Tuscany and inside it offers pretty Italian furnishings with characteristic beamed ceiling, terracotta and parquet floor. This property is ideal for a large party of friends or two families holidaying together. Either way, the sheer quality of this house will delight all guests who holiday here. If guests do not feel like cooking just at 800 meters there is the village of Sant’Albino with restaurant, supermarket and bars. On request it is possible to have the following services: Cooking class, Private chef at home, wine tasting, vespa tour and bike rentals. Swimming pool is open from 15 of May till 30 of September.
