Our Pizza The secret of our pizza is it's dough, made in accordance with the most genuine tradition, handed down by our family for more than forty years. A long rising time and the use of fresh ingredients make our product always fragrant and easy to digest. From tomato, to mozzarella cheese, to vegetables, we only use local and high-quality products, prepared daily to ensure taste and nutrients. Our cold cuts are gluten free and do not contain any preservative or polyphosphates. Moreover, our oven is fuelled by high-quality wood, such as beech and oak. The presence of the flame during the kiln firing, together with the wood aroma, gives our pizza an unmistakable flavour, impossible to get with other cooking methods.
