Recently and finely restored, it is 5 minutes from the Valdarno exit of the A1 motorway. It is located in a strategic position to visit the cities of Arezzo (33 min-38km), Florence (47 min-48 km) and Siena (1h-55km). The villa with swimming pool, sunny and breezy even in summer, has a useful area of 110 square meters and is located on two floors. The refined furniture wants to create a mix between modern and traditional peasant art.
