The estate also boasts a ‘caseificio 084’ where artisan cheeses such as the famed Valtellina Casera DOP “084”, casera giovane, and casera stagiatoare are made from locally sourced milk. Visitors can tour the stalla, the cheese factory, the macelleria and the surrounding fields, and shop fresh produce—cheese, salumi, wine and homemade preserves—at the on‑site bottura or online shop. With free pickup orders over €150 and opening hours from 8 AM to 7 PM daily, La Fiorida combines rustic countryside charm with modern hospitality.
