In 1870 the Condurro family gave birth to a long tradition of pizza masters, in the heart of the center of Naples. Salvatore Condurro, has perfected the art family by learning the secrets of the famous masters of Torre Annunziata, experts in pasta and pizza manufacturing, so he opened his first pizza shop in Naples via Cesare Sersale. The Son, Michele Condurro, continued this tradition in the years to come, the classic Neapolitan pizza, large, low cornice and fine pasta, along with his sons, Raffaele, Domenico, Antonio, Savior, Luigi.
