Eating at Giufà's kitchen is a sensory experience, a journey to discover that reservoir of flavors and smells that arises from the encounter between the cultures of the Mediterranean and the Middle East. La Cucina di Giufà is a Mediterranean fusion restaurant, but also an emporium of quality products. You will be able to taste flavors and aromas that follow a red thread that goes from Casablanca to Damascus passing through southern Italy, leaving a strong trace of contamination. The small Bistrot is run by native Neapolitans and migrants seeking asylum. It is an activity of the Tobilì Social Cooperative which deals with the job placement of people at risk of exclusion.
